We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our Golden Hour Balm products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel any order.
Products are available while stocks last. We will notify you if an item is out of stock.
All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting your order, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Transactions are processed in NZD.
We fully comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Under the CGA, goods must be:
If your Golden Hour Balm is faulty, damaged, or does not meet these standards, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair at no cost to you. This right is not affected by any other terms in this agreement.
The CGA does not apply to goods purchased for resale or commercial purposes.
Faulty or Defective Products: If your product arrives faulty or damaged, you may request a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. We will cover return shipping costs.
Change of Mind: If you wish to return an unused, unopened product for a refund due to change of mind, you may do so within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Request a Return: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for faulty items only).
Note: Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty.
We ship to New Zealand and South Korea only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Delivery Times:
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or acts of nature. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
To the extent permitted by law, Slowlife Skin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
